The sale price includes a £100.00 surcharge, this will be refunded once a repairable unit has been returned.

Items which are fire, surge, liquid or subjected to mechanical damage are not acceptable as returns.

1, The reason for return must not be related to the original defect.

2, You must have the product installed by a Loxone partner and provide their invoice.

3, The warranty period is 3 months from delivery.

4, You must return the item to us suitably packaged and insured if you require.

We will not be liable or pay for any installation charges under any circumstances.
