SavvySpaces is owned and managed by me, Martyn Duerden. I am also the lead systems designer. I have over 20 years’ experience in electrical and gas installation. I am experienced in industrial installation work from Rolls Royce to RAF, including HVAC system, network infrastructure, water management and plumbing systems, machinery and industrial PLC . Plus I have wide experience in all types of domestic, retail and even ecclesiastical installations!
In 2009, I was an early adopter of smart home automation systems, and have been an accredited partner with Loxone since 2013. Since then, I have designed and delivered a variety of solutions from the simple control of lights and heating, to the complex comprising a full home control management system balancing multiple energy sources, integration with PV, the security system and access control.
I am an experienced installer of top-end security products from audio-visual equipment, certified security systems and energy management systems. All, of course, integrated with Loxone.
