We ship all orders Via UPS, DPD, or Royal Mail.

All orders shipped direct from us are via one of our delivery partners. All our deliveries are tracked and will require a signature.

How do I check the status of my order?

Your order will be processed within the 24 hours of a successfully completed transaction. Delivery is currently 2-4 business days, There are no customs processing and no other fees for you as a buyer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a completed order notification, This means your order has physically left us.

If you have not received your order within five business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by replying to confirmation email.

You can view all your current and previous orders on the ‘Orders’ tab of your account, when you are logged in click your name in the top menu bar of any page to get to your personal dashboard.

Returns,

You may return Goods which have not been  opened or used within 5 business days.

All items must be in their original sealed boxes.

Loxone or Victron Energy products must have their seal in place and the packaging must be undamaged.

We charge a fixed restocking fee of £28.00 for all returns on each order, this also covers our unrecoverable processing costs.

We do not refund shipping charges.

Following inspection, we will refund the balance to your original payment method.

You will need to pay for insured return shipping to us.

Goods arriving damaged packaging will be rejected.
