Festool Systainer Racking
These shelves are designed for the racking of the Festool and Tanos Systainers which we use in our vans.
Keeping the payload of the vehicles as high as possible and reducing our fuel usage from unnecessary weight
This is an ultra-lightweight racking system for Systainers with 4 protruding feet.
Designed especially for Festool/Tanos Systainers they will also fit Mirka they may also fit Metabo, Hitachi versions too.
We also have a Dewalt Tstak version, see options list.
If your Systainers will rack with Festool T lock then they will fit.
These aluminium shelves have 25mm folded sides and back, the angled back is to prevent noise whilst driving.
Systainers locate in the laser-cut holes.
Removal is by lifting the Systainer from the front, using the oval cut out and sliding forward.
We recommend you have 50mm above a Systainer to the next shelving unit
There are 3 x 8.2 mm holes on each side.
Designed to bolt to 30×30 or 40×40 aluminium profile.
We have slotted the front hole to achieve a flush finish with either profile size.
We have bolted these into the channel nuts with M8 x 12mm cap head bolts.
You could easily fix them to plywood or other materials too.

We can powder coated these in any RAL colour subject to a minimum order quantity, why not individualise to your tastes?
We chose Aluminium as this is very lightweight, and in vehicles, the weight of racking reduces the payload capacity and increases fuel costs.
The Aluminium profile is a standard length of 6m, but we can supply this in any length.
Supplied as a single unit without the fixings.
